Parimal “Peter” Patel

CEO

Peter started his career in hospitality in 1985, managing a motel in Southeast Georgia which eventually led into an investment and management firm established today as PME Hospitality. Through Peter’s 40-year career, he has developed, invested in, and managed over a dozen award-winning hotels where his expertise in construction/development, management, and operations is derived from. Peter provides passion to each and every aspect of hospitality, from customer satisfaction to building design and appearance. Today, Peter has executive stewardship of the organization’s direction and future – with ambitious plans to grow organically from both, development and investment opportunities.

Preyen Patel

COO

Preyen is a second generation hotelier with expertise in construction/development, management and operations. Preyen naturally learned the business, growing up in operations. Preyen attended Georgia Southern University and subsequently began his professional career with Prince-Bush Hotels where he oversaw two hotels in Savannah’s Historic District – which were consistently ranked amongst the top in the market and in the brand for customer satisfaction. Preyen then joined The Kessler Collection, where he had a similar role. After six collective years, Preyen began his entrepreneurial efforts on establishing PME Hospitality, with Peter and Milan. Today, Preyen has executive oversight of the organization’s management and construction/development/renovation platforms, with a goal to establish award-winning hotels with exceptional management and consumer satisfactions, that is recognized by both, the industry and guests.

Milan Patel

CFO

Milan is a second generation hotelier with expertise in investments, capital markets, and underwriting. Milan attend The University of Georgia and earned a degree in Finance & Economics, which led to his decade-long career in investment banking with JPMorgan and commercial real estate finance with Starwood Property Trust. Through his career, Milan has oversaw the underwriting over 80 CMBS securitizations containing over 10,000 Loans and $120Bn in principal balance across all real estate asset classes, with over $350MM of capital deployed for subordinate positions within CMBS securitizations. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Milan led modification and work-out strategy in over $2Bn of defaulted or specially serviced loans across over 150 lodging assets within Starwood’s subsidiary, LNR Partners. Today, Milan has executive oversight of the organization’s development and investments opportunities, as well as accounting and financing activities.
